About Me

Jason Wangsadinata is a tech consultant / software engineer currently based in Tangerang, Indonesia. He provides services for busy entrepreneurs and business that are in need of technology solutions.

Jason has a deep technical expertise in Go, and consider it his weapon of choice, having written few open-source tools and develop various applications with it. He is passionate about container technology (Docker, Kubernetes) and building things in a cloud native way. He works with basic HTML/CSS, JS/TypeScript, React (+ Native), Flutter and Electron for building the appropriate frontend as needed.

Jason has worked with multiple businesses and startups, helping them scale their operations and simplify their business processes. He meticulously spends time to understand the pain points of his clients, and offers the right solution to solve the problems.

In his professional experience, he was a Senior Systems Developer (and a early hire) for Brankas, where he worked on building world-class financial solutions to the developing countries in Southeast Asia. He also has experience working as an AI / ML Engineer at Traveloka, the biggest OTA (Online Travel Agent) and unicorn in Indonesia.

Jason grew up and spent his childhood in Tangerang, Indonesia. He was awarded various full-tuition scholarships to attend high school and college in Singapore and United States respectively. He graduated summa cum laude from Wesleyan University, majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics.

Some of Jason’s favorite things: playing/listening to jazz music, cycling on his road bike, and being a nerd on the latest tech.
